NBA: Don’t Dust Off the Trophy Case Just Yet Miami

While landing the Big Three of the free agent market in LeBron James, Dwyane Wade, and Chris Bosh is a huge coup for Pat Riley and the Miami Heat, I would not start creating space in the trophy case just yet. This team has a lot of holes to fill before they are ready to even challenge the Lakers for NBA supremacy.

NBA: So, Why Did the Knicks Really Pass on Iverson?

After several days of speculation that the Knicks would offer Allen Iverson a contract they decided to pass. The official line from Donnie Walsh is they do not feel he fits into their current rebuilding structure and they were afraid he would take minutes away from the younger players they are trying to develop.
