NFL Camp Preview: Arizona Cardinals
The Cardinals are coming off of a season which saw them make their first Super Bowl appearance in franchise history despite being written off as dead after losing four of their last six games including embarrasing 28-point, 21-point, and 40-point losses to the Eagles, Vikings, and Patriots respectively. Somehow head coach Ken Whisenhunt managed to rally the troops and light a fire under Edgerrin James to lead the Cardinals on an improbable post season run to host the team's first ever NFC Championship Game. After a stunning run the Super Bowl expectations are sure to be sky high this season for a team whose fans generally have to settle for counting a .500 record as a good season.

2009 NFL Draft Quick Hits
The 2009 NFL Draft is in the books and here are the Pickle’s thoughts on what each team did in this year’s Draft.

Not sure about Cody Brown though who seems more suited to be an edge rusher in a 3-4 defense. Picking up LSU offensive lineman Herman Johnson at the end of the fifth was a good value pick as some draft sites had him as a solid third round prospect. An overall solid draft even if they failed to address their need at linebacker. Read more…
